You should have some idea of ​​what you're talking about. Without experience, it is difficult to understand others in detail, empathize with them and truly support them. I am not a theorist but know the practice from over 25 years of experience as a manager and board member in the international industry.

I know the bright and dark sides of leadership work, in project business, when dealing with media and many other areas, the challenges that come with it and exciting solutions for them. 

I see implementation skills, analytical skills paired with respectful interaction and a high ethical value concept as my strengths.

As a certified Erikson coach, I believe in the good in people and in the inexhaustible potential of everyone. I look forward to accompanying people every day to realize their full potential and sometimes even go a step further. 

20+ years management experience as managing director (C-level), department and project manager in international industry and trade with different areas of responsibility (sales, supply chain, procurement, S&OP, investment management, project management, controlling).

Many years of experience in personnel and organizational development, strategy development and change management, coupled with knowledge of cultural differences within Europe.
